My approach is collaborative, creative and body-aware. We work together towards your goals and navigate the process on the same boat. Moreover, I believe that creativity is accessible for everyone and finding new pathways even in daily life is a sign of it. Lastly, be body-aware because coming back to the body enables us to connect with our present and pay attention to what is possible to transform.<\/p>\n
